I went and saw Wicked last week and while the reclining seats and food tray is pretty convenient, the screen we were watching was a terrible quality along with crappy audio. The screen was slightly blurred, the colors were washed out and the audio was too low. I went and saw Wicked again at another theater and the quality was so much better that I am pretty sure I'm never going back to Sierra Vista Cinema.

Always a great experience here! I had really disturbing drunk people seated next to me being loud and pushing their trash at my grandma tonight and the employee went above and beyond to deal with it. They said they were gonna report him to his manager so if his Maher is reading this k swear he did nothing wrong lol! I wish I would have gotten his name but all the employees have been super helpful and nice every time I’ve came 🙂

Went to see Indiana Jones here and enjoyed. The men’s bathroom was under construction but the had a wheelchair accessible bathroom inside for my Dad who is an amputee. The popcorn tasted great which both my spouse and dad complimented and they are picky about popcorn. The seats recline and the feet go up which is a important feature to us. There is a channel for others to walk in front of the seats which means they is a step up to get into the seats. The screen was not a sharp we like but still good. Our gold standard is Dolby Cinema. Anyway how this helps.

Love the chairs! Temp is kept at a very tolerable level - not so cold that I need a blanket or warn jack (I’ll fall asleep,) not so hot that hubby is sweating and pissy. As close to a perfect temperature as you can get until we have temp controls on the seats.

I always have a fun experience. Prices are slowly creeping up but still affordable for our family. Love the cheap Tuesday tickets. Great for those on a budget or just wanna save a few dollars. I always get the critics special and nacho chips. I do have to get extra cheese cause there is not enough for all the chips. Regardless, it's still salty cheese goodness. Beer on tap as well. Give them a shot.

So I've been going to this theater for pretty much my whole life and the reclining seats are great and were awesome when they were first installed, but there has been a persistent decline in this theater I'd say in the last few years.

If you go to any of the big auditoriums right at the front of the entrance the best seats in the middle rows are always either
1) broken, tearing and don't recline
2) sticky
3) stinky from old food stuck in the sides or
4) all of the above

I like going to the movies to support cinema and always try to get the udc when I can but honestly lately I feel like the price is not worth it for how disgusted I feel when I sit down.

I'm seriously afraid one of these days I'm going to find a roach crawling on me and that might be what keeps me from coming back.

The food service has always been notoriously slow so you have to get there early (even if there are like 5 people in line). They took like half a year to remodel the bathrooms. I stopped using my rewards card here becuase it only ever worked half the time and wasn't worth the pain. I always joked with friends that this is a place I wouldn't want to work becuase the workers never seemed happy to be there.

I really only still go here becuase I live in Clovis and the only options for good reclining seats are machester mall (15-20 min away) and Edwards if you pay over $20 for a seat.

Hope it gets better and that they hire better management because it really feels like there is no "care" put into this theater. I gave this place 5 stars a long time ago and it definitely does not deserve it now.

Good location, though I wish the businesses around it would last. Recommend purchasing tickets online. Seats are pretty comfortable. Concessions like most theaters are pricy
