It was my first time seeing a movie at this cinema and overall it was great. The place was clean, inviting and the popcorn was great. The seats had plenty of cushion and the audio was good too. I’d say overall it was a solid movie theater.

one of good movie theatre i’ve been to. I like that it wasn’t as crowded for popcorn, drink, candy area when we got there for Inside Out 2 movie. as a deaf person, I appreciate that they have the cup holder for closed captioning instead of glasses (it hurts my bridge), however the twist thingy you adjust for captioning device was a pain in the butt. I feel like in general the movie theatres need to upgrade closed captioning devices, or even better start adding closed captioning in movies so deaf people have accessibility to watch it. it also bothers me that the device blocked my view and I had to hold it down occasionally…

We had family night and went to Maya theater . It was ok not the best it wasn't crowded and crazy like some I have been too popcorn was fresh everything was a little pricey.
Their was plenty of parking this theater wouldn't be my first choice to go to but we would go back

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your theater. My family and I went to watch Despicable Me 4, and the experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the customer service at the ticket counter was lacking. The older woman who sold us the tickets was unfriendly and seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant experience. We spent nearly $50 on tickets and another $50 at the concession stand, so we were expecting a higher level of service.

Secondly, midway through the movie, my 3-year-old son had an accident, and his pull-up couldn't contain it. I had to rush him to the restroom, and then home for a quick shower and change of clothes. Meanwhile, my other two children stayed with their grandparents to continue watching the movie. By the time we returned, the movie was over.

When I spoke with the manager about our situation, I was met with indifference. I was hoping for some understanding and a small gesture of compassion, such as readmission tickets for my son and I. Unfortunately, the manager did not show any concern or willingness to assist us.

This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the outing and the circumstances we faced. We were looking forward to a fun family day, but it was marred by poor customer service and a lack of empathy.

This is a great Theater. The seats were comfortable. The place was clean. The employees were very nice and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. I loved the dryer with the ultra violet light. The sound quality was great! I would go back again and again. They do need more parking. We had to walk a little far.

My mother and I went to watch a movie tonight and it was the worst experience we've had at any theater in fresno. The seats were crammed and uncomfortable. We could hear the previews but could only see a white screen for about 10 minutes past the show time. The screen finally came on and we had to watch the previews TWICE. The bright lights still on during and didn't turn off until a minute or so into the movie. Outside of this, I buy a hot dog that is about 3x the price versus quality. My mom spoke with the manager and he just acted like he didn't care, which was just par for the course at this point.

7/19 It's in a nice location. Lots of places to eat before or after a movie. It cost me $5.50 for my ticket. I had a kid pack. It's good for the taste. I was able to add butter to my liking and enjoy free refills with no lines. Join the membership to earn points.
