I went to the register and asked if we could play laser tag. She told me absolutely, go right ahead and put money on your card and you can play at 4pm so we waited around, put $50 more on a card and got there, and the lady was very rude and said that she had a party at four, and that we would have to wait until 5 before we were able to play. The manager was also very rude. I would not recommend this place. The manager explained to me that the people that were in the party paid for that party room, and they were more important than we were. Even though we had already spent $200.00

This place has a great variety of activities. Including Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcade Machines, VR Experiences, and the Movie Theater itself.

This is one of the only remaining places that is worth going to to spend a day with friends or go for a celebration in San Angelo.

The bowling is the type that has pins hanging by a string that gets pulled up to readjust. The theme is somewhat modern retro with a dark room and color lights lighting up the lanes.

The Arcade is open with roughly 30 machines. Each varying between different play types. Such as rail shooter simulators, traditional ticket games, air hockey, and interactive video games.

Laser Tag is a room with an upper story that looks over the battlefield. The theme is somewhat like the interior of a space ship. Unfortunately, this game requires an employee, so it's only available during certain times of the day.

The VR Experiences work as a small curtained box in the middle of the lobby that has you standing in a spot and playing games with your partners visible next to you in the games.

The Movie Theatre is honestly the worst version of the two in town. The seating is pretty basic, leather with electric powered leaning to roughly 60 degrees back. Food is pretty much what you'd get anywhere else. Though, there is a nice variety ice cream kiosk inside.

Some of the bad sides of this place include the bowling pins and arcade machines.
There tends to be a constant issue where the pins will get tangled or the computer for the pins will glitch, both requiring you to flag down an employee to fix the issue. Which doesn't always fix the issue for long.
Alongside that, the Arcade Machines will sometimes be out of order for as long as a week or more.

Took my 3 year old old to his first movie! Everyone had an awesome time. We were able to bowl and play video games as well! Will be back soon.

Huge Entertainment Complex! Great family fun. We’ve been to movies here several times and the theaters are always clean and the reclining seats are incredible. Restrooms are always immaculate. We finally tried the other amenities for a family birthday outing. The arcade is huge and there’s truly something for everyone. There’s laser tag and the bowling alley was great. We visited on 5/10/21 on a Monday night with a party of 8 and had no wait to bowl. The bowling shoes were new and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is ample and location is convenient to hotels, restaurants and highways. Highly recommend.

Wow.. a horrible birthday experience here. We were suppose to get a party assistant? But the place is HEAVILY understaffed, and filthy. Trash and food everwhere... they didn't explain that we would have to share a room.... very awkward and packed- people not in your "party" are in your space just because there is NO room... and you do get only an hour. They kick you out right away... the bowling is a disaster... the machines are very cheap and we spent literally 30 minutes waiting for an employee to help because there was nobody and they were SO busy on a Saturday. STAFF THIS PLACE SUFFICIENTLY. absolutely disappointing and disgusting how unmanaged this place is.

This place is really starting to fall apart. On a recent trip, only one popcorn dispenser was working. I mistakenly purchased $60 worth of arcade credit that I couldn't even use because all the games were either malfunctioning or out of order.

I brought my family to see venom and when we walked into the theatre our drink was left at the counter the movie had not yet started and walked back to the counter asking if we could get another drink to replace ours and explained what happened the guy who would not look at me said u have to buy another I said can I speak with the manager trying to explain that someone had to have picked up our cup and he acted as if I was lying or as if I was trying to get a free cup. he said I am the manager I asked can I have your name sir and he refused to give me a name then after going round n round with him he finally turned and said my name is John! He was very unprofessional and rude! As management myself I pride myself in customer service this guy clearly had no care to help or be in the customer service.. I’ve never had anyone refuse to give me their name clearly he was worried I would report the situation completely ruined our movie night with our grandkids
