We went to a morning show. You can choose your seats when you purchase your tickets. Even though it was before ten there was fresh popcorn popped and waiting. We noticed that alcohol is served, beer, margaritas, jack and coke, etc. there are other food options like nachos , candy, chips. Plenty of options for kids and adults. The theatre was clean. The seats were well spaced. They recline and have temperature control. The sound was clear. Sometimes too loud during previews but perfect during the movie. There is a small arcade. There are restrooms in the front and on the far side exit hall of the theatre. The bathrooms were clean. They only have hand dryers. There is a family restroom.

Most of the time everything is acceptable, but the last time we went, there were drunk people behind us, and the girl was throwing up. My question is, how does the movie theater let people into the theater who are obviously drunk? Do they not look for signs of something wrong? After these people reported one of the people in their party, throwing up and alerted movie personnel to come and clean it up, should’ve been their first opportunity to dig into what was wrong. I’m just glad that nothing got on us, but I could not get over all the interruptions from these people getting up and getting down and going back-and-forth. I paid for popcorn, a large drink and some snack packs not just movie tickets for four. This is over $60 to come be entertained without disturbance.
I’m very disappointed in this movie theaters in ability to address unsavory characters like that, as well as refund the tickets or give complementary tickets out to those who complained. It’s hard to keep up with a movie when there’s a bunch of garbage going on around. There’s awkward moments in life and the business has to encourage its audience to come back rather than getting the notion not to return. They are at fault for everything that goes on good and bad because the consequences are no repeat business.
Don’t get me started on the worn out seats.

This theater has really cleaned up. Been several years since I have been. The seats are heated and reclined. The popcorn was delicious. They serve beer and a few frozen drinks.

We went for a matinee at 2:30. The workers were very nice and the cinema was very clean. The seats were plush! The seats reclined. The sound was great! Not so loud that it hurt your ears but loud enough to immerse you in the experience!

I have always had a good time at this theatre. I have been going here since i was a kid. They always have the movies I want to see and great showings tat let me go when I want to. Snacks are good, i have the rewards so i pay next to nothing to see a movie. I usually walk in and get a large popcorn, drink, and candy and only pay $16. The staff is usually pretty good, they are nice as well. Seating is good, i am 6'4 350lbs and my father is 6'8 and 365 and we fit in the seats just fine. Also heated seats.

We come here a couple times a month, and no matter the time, your popcorn is ALWAYS STALE! Today, I even asked for it to be made fresh...watched as it was made, and it is still chewy! Fresh popcorn should be light and airy, but yours is not. I've been to the theater in Copperas Cove a few days after visiting yours, and the popcorn there was noticeably better! So much so, that, on a Thursday, I made it a point to buy some from Cinergy Cinema on my way back home to San Angelo and it was STILL better than the "fresh" popped I get at Cinemark a week later!! Idk what kind of oil or kernels you use, but, I feel a change is in order! Please test taste your product!

My daughter went to watch the Quiet Place last night. Forgot her purse there with $195.00! It was the last showing so nobody picked up the phone when we called. Called today, they said they would call her back and they never did. I had to call about six times so they can say that they didn’t have the purse. I know who ever cleaned took it, took the $195.00 that she was holding for her best friend and probably threw away the purse with my ID, my wallet, birth control, and keys. They don’t want to say anything cause they got the money. This doesn’t help with the crisis she is already going through! Not going there ever again. They’re dishonest and bad customer service!!! The devil is a liar!
