Lies, insurance fraud and HIPPA violations. Extremely dissatisfied with this office and have lost all trust. I was looking for an in-network allergist and when I called to schedule I gave my insurance info and specifically asked if they were in-network to which they replied, “We work with your insurance.” When I asked again to confirm they are in-network they said yes. I was charged much more than my contracted rate for an office visit and when I asked for an explanation they said it was a mistake and I would receive a refund. Months later I was told that I would not be receiving a full refund because my insurance did not cover the full cost of the appointment. When I called my insurance asking for clarification, they confirmed that the office is out-of-network as to why my copays were higher. This office purposelessly mislead me in order to get me to come in knowing that they are out-of-network. I’m in medical myself and know offices do this on purpose using phrases to make it sound like they are in-network in hopes to gain more patients. Deception is no way to gain patients. They have also accidentally sent me another patient’s information via email which is a direct violation against HIPPA. This office is a complete mess and I would never trust them to handle my treatment or personal information. I’m very shocked to see such a poorly ran medical office here in Orange County. I would never recommend them.

Dr. Friedman is personable and professional. He's kept my allergy-related asthma under control for many years, including some rough patches. Just as important, his office runs super smoothly. It's easy to schedule or change appointments and requests for renewing prescriptions are handled promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman!

The Fountain Valley staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Friedman is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure I understood and made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone looking for an allergist.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Dr.Friedman and his entire staff of nurses. After being rerouted for 6+ months with insurance. I found him in OC, The staff is incredibly kind, beyond busy, but handling it all Incredibly. Dr.Friedman is Incredibly efficient, well spoken, quick, and Quick witted. He had me laughing hysterically throughout a really tough process, and got me ALL the answers I’ve been searching for, for Years!!! A MUST see doctor for all things allergy. Also, the Irvine office is stunning! ⭐️

Dr. Friedman is super thorough and cares about patient care. He is extremely knowledgeable and I always leave his office feeling heard and that he has a plan to help me. His staff is amazing and I wish he could be my primary care provider.

Incredible visit, incredible doctor! My life literally changed overnight, as his vast knowledge with expertise led me to living a better life DAILY. He is totally respectful, exactly-on-point, and EFFICIENT. Just do what he says, as medicine is learned overtime, and he has gathered and tailored his mind to precision. RIGHT ON! And he cares!

I came in to meet with the Dr. and then for an allergy test then a follow-up with the doctor. I never heard back from anyone regarding the allergy shots the Dr. Recommended. I called two times to follow-up and was promised a call or email. I never received one. I wasted my referral, my time and my money. I love Dr. Friedman but the staff dropped the ball.

Dr Friedman was recommended to me by two friends who previously had lifelong allergy problems and I'm so glad I found him! He is incredibly thorough in his assessment and I felt that he listened to me and took time for me. He never seems rushed, is very friendly as well as professional and helped find solution to my allergy issues.
