The general layout is good, and the sound was terrific. The seats are comfortable and recline, but the tables are awkward. They are long and skinny which end up being too far away from the chair. This is still an issue when the chair is fully up.

Be advised they charge an 18% Service Fee. Then they say please consider adding a tip for your server. This seems a bit much when a burger with fries is $18. Two meals and one beer was $60.

After the server brought the check they asked if I wanted to round up to the dollar. I said I don't think so. I guess they didn't hear me and then they brought me a note stating "do you want to donate your change?" I said No, because my check was $60 with the mandatory 18% Service fee. I paid with a $100 bill and the waiter finally brought two twenties as change. So she was extremely presumptuous to think I would leave another $20 or $40 for a tip. If she had brought actual change in smaller bills l could have given her a few dollars more.

Honestly I was embarrassed for her to be begging so persistently about asking for my change. I don't think I will go back because this feels like price gouging and is very annoying. For what Alamo charges they should pay their staff enough to live on.

What a great experience! The sound and movie quality was amazing. The wait staff was really nice and thorough. Alamo Drafthouse on Slaughter Lane is a really great place to see a movie ? The seats are great and they recline. The food is really good, everything that I've ordered was delicious. Tips are included in the meal. I definitely recommend going to Alamo Drafthouse over a regular theater.

Alamo Drafthouse on Slaughter Ln has become a huge disappointment. The seats are falling apart, theater #6 seats 6614 and 6615. Service is subpar. My server was wearing Under Armour basketball shorts. For mandatory 18% gratuity I would expect to not be scoffed at when asking for a soda refill and a box for my leftover food. Expectations are important. Alamo expects patrons to cough up a mandatory 18% gratuity fee. Well, patrons expect service worthy of 18%. Create some standards and set expectations. It appears the socialism experiment is failing. Servers know that they will receive 18% gratuity no matter how bad of service they provide. They don't appear to have any incentive/drive to work harder.

It's always fun catching a movie at Alamo. I watched Oppenheimer and enjoyed it quite a bit. The theater was clean, the service was great and the bathrooms were clean/everything worked. My popcorn was tasty too. I look forward to the next flick that I get to watch here. It's good idea to show up a lil earlier than the movie so that You get a chance to order some munchies.

Comfy experience, water is free. They're doing away with tips which I fully support.
Had to take off a star because $15 for fish and chips when all I got was two nugget-sized pieces of fish is painful, fries weee good though

Trevor was a fantastic and fast server for my group of 6!

Our food and drinks were served quick, and service was top notch.

Great layout and loved the halloween decor. Lots of outside parking.

Friendly concierge staff as well, helped me get my employee tickets refunded with ease, even after reserving and paying for them a week ago. Thank yall so much!

The service and food are always great but the seats need major upgrading in all theaters. They are all run down and gross to sit on. The rough texture rubs against my arms and legs causing scratches.

We went to see A Quiet Place: Day One and as for the picture & sound quality it was very good. The seats recline but they desperately need to be replaced or reupholstered. I had the Fish & Chips which was good but needed more flavor to the batter. It was also little hard to eat with my fingers, but had plenty of napkins. My wife had the Pepperoni Pizza and and it was really good. It was a thin crust and had tremendous flavor. The staff is excellent as usual. 400 Rabbits was open to enjoy another drink and unwind after seeing the movie.

We went to see 'The Marvels' and all was well with no issues. The Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders were tasty and the French Fries dipped in the Hatch Green Chili Gravy tasted wonderful. As for the theater I felt the cushions and armrest are ready for replacement where they were very worn out.

Went to see 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny' where I noticed a new push button for in seat service and a 'Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One' mural outside. Enjoyed the bottomless popcorn and craft beer, and the quick friendly service. Nice to get an Indiana Jones beer glass to add to my collection. No problems with the screen and sound quality except had to do a quick restroom run to find it closed for cleaning, and had to run to the other one and back missing screen time. Not a big problem where eventually will watch this movie again on Disney+.
