Not cool, went to see Beetlejuice 2, and the screen had some kind of, or piece of drape/curtain hanging down on the upper left corner of the screen..

The sound quality was good, but it just wasn't loud enough..

Like the sound could've been turned up a bit..

Even after telling them the lights didn't turn off, this light remained on the entire film. So I kept my eyes closed and didn't get to watch the film. Also the seats have no support and are very uncomfortable. The back does not recline without the legs reclining as well. The huge trays make you feel like you're back in school and there's a reflection from the screen on every tray. The audio also kept cutting out. I didn't know they assigned seats like a flight now. What happened to sitting where you want? Was my first time in a theatre in 3 yrs. Will not be returning!

Went to a movie last night and the movie was outstanding! However my theater experience was very underwhelming. The cashier, when showing my phone for tickets that were bought online, the cashier took my phone right out of my hands! Never once asked to see my phone just ripped it out of my hands. Once a line started growing, the first cashier shut her line down and didn’t say anything to any customer. The employees were pretty rude, all together. In the theater the seating is cramped with little to no space between the person next to you and yourself. The customers sitting next to us were very rude as well, throwing popcorn around spilling food all over and then laughing 2 inches from our faces. The movie was absolutely fantastic and the popcorn and drink were great. But overall experience was terrible. Won’t be returning.

The other one was just putting out carbonation .I ask employee to fix it and he said he doesn't know how. I said I need my money back. He disappeared and I never saw him again.This place is too expensive for this kind of service. Where is the management, why don't these employees have training on these type of problems.

I love the seating, recliners and tilting headrest are the best. My only dislike about this place is the horrid soda. It is so nasty I drink water…. I hate water but it’s cheaper and taste better. I don’t understand why they can’t get this fixed. It’s been this way for years. Free popcorn refills are great, decent sodas would make this a 5 star experience

I'm glad I didn't let the reviews sway me. I went in early just to check it out first. Every seat reclines with adjustable headrests. The screen is the right size, and it's not too many seats, so sets more of an intimate vibe for date nights. The 1 star missing is because, the bathroom did stink and was unkept and the food prices are high for food that had been sitting a long time.

Large "self service" popcorn bin. Stale and crushed popcorn pieces served due to auger that spins to dispense. Standard convenient store nacho cheese dispenser for "fresh" nachos that have been in a counter top warmer all day. Go for the movie and comfortable seats, dont waste money on refreshments.

I love ordering tickets in advance. I don't like filling my popcorn when my hands are full. The chairs are peeling and need to be replaced. The cashier won't ask if you need your tickets.
