I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. Two weeks ago I saw Dr. Fleming for a full body exam to check for any possible pre-cancerous growths. At that time I had a cosmetic issue that I asked her about, and she provided a treatment.

Today I returned to her office because a large, unsightly, painful lump had formed on my face at the site of the procedure. It literally looks like someone implanted a marble underneath my skin. When I asked the doctor about it, she told me she thought it improved my appearance.

I was so shocked and insulted that I got up and walked out. It is my expectation that doctors should treat their patients with respect and dignity, and that certainly wasn't my experience with Dr. Fleming.

Unfortunately, I'll have to pay another doctor to fix my disfigured face; that is if I can even find someone willing to try to fix this mess.

I saw Dr. Fleming for the first time today. She and her staff were very warm and professional. Dr. Fleming listens, cares, and is very thorough. I am VERY selective in choosing my doctors and have no issue with not returning if I don’t experience quality. I strongly recommend Dr. Fleming and am very thankful that I found her after an experience with a doctor who was not quality. Thank for being the best Dr. Fleming and staff!

My insurance OK'd only for me to go in for an evaluation here. First, they're not too customer service oriented here. Office has a sign about everyone has to wear a face covering/mask except some customers get to walk in without having one and everyone looks the other way. Why have a sign if wearing a mask not enforced. Then, I finally saw the doctor who didn't even diagnose my skin issue and because of my insurance, she didn't spend much time looking at my issue. Doctor then walked out but let her assistant tell me if I wanted I could get a prescription to try a product which I could only get through doctor's vendor and not pharmacy. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Worst experience ever. Came in for an emergency consult after months of dealing with a skin issue, for the doctor to barely look at me and tell me that "she didn't see anything wrong" (although I was clearly telling her there was something wrong). Invoiced me $200 for a 10min visit, after having taken 0 cultures, 0 samples, 0 information or prescribed anything that would help the problem.

To this day she has never followed up, never reached out to my primary care doctor after telling me that "she would", and clearly overcharged me for having offered absolutely ZERO service.

Great visit ! Found this doctor on the UHC website. Her office is beautiful and her staff is fast and efficient ! The doctor is kind and straight forward . What I loved is that unlike other offices I’ve visited in the past I didn’t feel a huge up sell on other services. Rather , I was just kindly given options but zero pressure. Great experience !!!

Dr Kristy is a very good doctor, she will never prescribe you more than you need, I have 2years experience with her and only positive one!
