During six visits to Austria and ten to Europe I consider residential in this apartment the worst. The owner of the house does not speak English. Although it is mentioned that you will find someone who speaks English very well. Access to the house makes us drive the car in the forest in a road that does not allow the passage of more than a car, so we feel the risk of falling sometimes. When we entered the apartment we found a closed door, she told us you have nothing to do with this door. At the end of the weekend and after midnight, we woked up because smell of smoke coming from that door. We phoned the owner of the house and ring her bell twice without answer. We had to contact the emergency number, and they actually discovered the problem and the police called her and came to the apartment and asked her to open the door and she refused. The officer came to our apartment and then assured us that she was cooking in her apartment below us. At the end of the rent of this residence with her she entered the apartment before the check out time during collecting remaining of our purposes violated our privacy and began searching the purposes of the apartment and accused us to grab a hairdryer of the apartment. She tried to look at my daughter's clothes bag. She asked us to pay 50 euros for the lost hairdryer. She told us that we left our own hairdryer. Our explanation is that whoever settled before us replaced his own hair dryer with her. Also she entered one Toilet while my sun inside it. She opened it from out side. She did not respected our privacy. She did not give us a list of the contents of the house so she have right to charge us for each small things. She accused us of taking over her device. She tried to search my daughter's bag. She even checked the TV controllers for the. batteries. She fined us 50 euros for hairdryer. She don't speak English as she claimed in her adv.
